1.Technical consultancy: customers will get satisfied answers from our professionals for any of their inquiries such as technical data and quotation. If the cut sample or our catalogue is needed by customers they will be sent as soon as possible. Quick response will be given for customer’s any concerns, such as the size of sheet pallet, equipment precision, maximum sheet cutting thickness, usage cost and some other technical parameters. 
2. Reception for visiting: we sincerely welcome customers to visit our company at their convenience. 

In sale service

1. No matter customers are from domestic or abroad, no matter they are new acquaintance or old friend, no matter how big the contract is, we stick on acting with honest, fair, warm and meticulous all the same.

2. We guarantee that all terms specified in contract being implemented strictly with our over value service.

After-sale service

1. A complete after-sale service system has been established to give round the clock after sale service. The warranty of the entire machine is one year, while the warranty of laser is two year (excluding nozzle, ceramic body, protective lenses and other wearable parts). Spare parts supply and maintenance service will be available forever (parts and labor cost will be charged after the warranty expired).

2. We promise to provide door-to-door service within 24 hours for the customers in the range of 300 kilometers around our company. Support for software and hardware maintenance will be provided even after the warranty expired and free update of software will be provided forever.

3. After the installation, debugging, and acceptance testing of the equipment our technicians will carry out operation training to customer’s operation personnel at site. The total work will be finished within 2-3 days. The training content is as mentioned above, thus to ensure our customer able to operate the machine. After training is finished, please sign the paper for confirmation.
