1. No matter customers are from domestic or abroad, no matter they are new acquaintance or old friend, no matter how big the contract is, we stick on acting with honest, fair, warm and meticulous all the same.

1. A complete after-sale service system has been established to give round the clock after sale service. The warranty of the entire machine is one year, while the warranty of laser is two year (excluding nozzle, ceramic body, protective lenses and other wearable parts). Spare parts supply and maintenance service will be available forever (parts and labor cost will be charged after the warranty expired).
2. We promise to provide door-to-door service within 24 hours for the customers in the range of 300 kilometers around our company. Support for software and hardware maintenance will be provided even after the warranty expired and free update of software will be provided forever.
3. After the installation, debugging, and acceptance testing of the equipment our technicians will carry out operation training to customer’s operation personnel at site. The total work will be finished within 2-3 days. The training content is as mentioned above, thus to ensure our customer able to operate the machine. After training is finished, please sign the paper for confirmation.
